Cancellation Policy
Our service fee varies depending on the complexity and scope of your trip. We provide transparent pricing and will discuss the service fee upfront during your initial consultation. You are required to pay a deposit that is subtracted from the service fee to move forward with booking, remainder of booking fee will be due the day services are provided. The service fee is non-refundable, as it covers the time and effort spent in preparing your travel plans. If you decide not to book your trip after receiving consultation and planning services, the service fee will apply to cover the work done. Rescheduling can be done without new deposit within 24 hours of booking. No shows, along with cancelling with 24 hours of appointment will result in 100% booking fee being charged.
